Ventas, declared that it will issue its third quarter 2015 earnings release preceding to the opening of trading on the New York Stock Exchange on Friday, October 23, 2015. A conference call to discuss those earnings will be held the same day at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time (9:00 a.m. Central Time).

Ventas, Inc. is a publicly owned real estate investment trust. The firm engages in investment, administration, financing, and leasing of properties in the healthcare industry. It invests in the real estate markets of the United States and Canada.

Shares of Kennametal Inc. (NYSE:KMT), inclined 4.81% to $28.56, during its last trading session.

Kennametal, declared two changes to the executive administration team.

Effective October 1, 2015, Mr. Peter Dragich became Kennametal vice president and executive vice president of the Infrastructure business segment, with global responsibility for growth of the company’s engineered products and surface technologies serving customers in earthworks, energy and process industries.

Dragich joined Kennametal in October 2012 as vice president integrated supply chain and logistics. Preceding to Kennametal, Dragich was vice president, global field operations, climate, controls, and security for United Technologies Corporation. He also served in several manufacturing administration positions at Ford Motor Company and was a Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps. In addition, he brings more than 25 years of experience in supply chain administration and cross-functional collaboration.

Kennametal Inc. manufactures and supplies tooling, engineered components, and advanced materials consumed in production processes worldwide. It operates through two segments, Industrial and Infrastructure.

At the end of Tuesday’s trade, Shares of Gentex Corporation (NASDAQ:GNTX), lost -1.46% to $15.51.

Gentex Corporation, the Zeeland, Michigan-based manufacturer of automotive automatic-dimming rearview mirrors, automotive electronics, dimmable aircraft windows and fire protection products, is happy to declare that it will release its 2015 third quarter financial results on Wednesday, October 21, 2015, before the market opens. The Company will host a conference call for the investment community at 10:30am ET to discuss the results.

Gentex Corporation designs, develops, manufactures, and markets automatic-dimming rearview mirrors and electronics for the automotive industry; dimmable aircraft windows for the aviation industry; and commercial smoke alarms and signaling devices for the fire protection industry worldwide.

Finally, Korn/Ferry International (NYSE:KFY), ended its last trade with -3.44% loss, and closed at $32.85.

Korn Ferry, declared that Darren Plested has joined the firm as Senior Client Partner in the Industrial practice, focusing on Logistics and Transport Services. He will be based in Korn Ferry’s Hong Kong office.

Mr. Plested joins Korn Ferry from DHL, where he was Vice President of Customer Solutions and Innovation, managing business development for top tier multinational clients in the Engineering & Manufacturing sector. In his 13 years with DHL, he led planned account administration and the consultative development of making DHL’s key customers successful in the emerging markets through optimization and efficiency. As a member of DHL’s senior administration team, he was responsible for the sector strategy development and effective execution across the region.

In his career, Mr. Plested spent seven years in the commodity industry with Canada’s largest building materials broker. He also owned small businesses in both the consulting and construction sectors. He moved to Asia in 2001 and began his career in Asia as the Commercial Manager of Hong Kong Air Cargo Terminals, before moving to DHL.
