Based on Nokia Corporation’s 2011 Stock Option Plan a total of 9 375 Nokia shares were subscribed for between June 2 and June 29, 2015. The subscription price was EUR 5.76 per share. The total amount of the subscription price, EUR 54 000, will be recorded in the fund for invested non-restricted equity and, consequently, the share capital of the company does not enhance.

The amount of Nokia shares after registration of the shares in the Trade Register is 3 678 338 233 shares. The new shares carry all the shareholder rights as of the registration date July 3, 2015. The shares are subject to trading in NASDAQ OMX Helsinki Oy together with other Nokia shares (NOK1V) as of July 3, 2015.

Encounter Resources Ltd., declared that its newly formed Board of Directors initiated a dividend program by declaring a dividend of $0.25 per share of common stock, payable on September 9, 2015, to all shareholders of record as of the close of business on August 19, 2015. Subject to declaration by the Board, Energizer anticipates paying a $0.25 per share cash dividend each quarter, with predictable dividend payment dates in March, June, September and December. Future declarations of dividends are subject to Board approval and may be adjusted at the discretion of the Board, as business needs or market conditions change.

The Board of Directors also approved an authorization for the company to acquire up to 7.5 million shares of its common stock. The Company anticipates to purchase shares from time to time in open market transactions. The timing and the amount of any purchases will be determined by the Company based on its evaluation of market conditions, capital allocation objectives, legal and regulatory requirements and other factors.

Edgewell Personal Care Company manufactures and markets primary batteries, portable lighting, and personal care products in the United States and internationally. The company operates through Personal Care and Household Products divisions.

Finally, Kimberly Clark Corp (NYSE:KMB), ended its last trade with -0.28% loss, and close at $107.55.

Kimberly-Clark, declared that Michael D. White, chairman, president and CEO for DIRECTV, was elected to its board of directors, effective September 1, 2015.

Mr. White, 63, joined DIRECTV as president and CEO in 2009 and added the responsibility of chairman in 2010. Preceding to joining DIRECTV, White spent 19 years at PepsiCo, Inc. in a variety of senior leadership roles, counting senior vice president and chief financial officer, and vice chairman, chairman and CEO for PepsiCo International. Before that, Mr. White served in senior leadership roles at Avon Products in addition to consulting roles at Bain & Company and Arthur Andersen & Company.
