On Thursday, Shares of Baxter International Inc. (NYSE:BAX), lost -1.44% to $38.30, after the company had its price target lowered to $43 from $80 by analysts at Barclays who maintained their “overweight” rating.

Barclays adjusted their price target to represent 20 times their 2018 estimate, assuming the company uses the remainder of the Baxalta (BXLT) stake, according to the analyst note.

Baxter International Inc., develops, manufactures, and markets products for people with hemophilia, immune disorders, infectious diseases, kidney disease, trauma, and other chronic and acute medical conditions.

Shares of Kellogg Company (NYSE:K), inclined 0.21% to $63.14, during its last trading session.

Finally, Green Brick Partners, Inc. (NASDAQ:GRBK), ended its last trade with 3.12% gain, and closed at $11.90, hitting its highest level.

Green Brick Partners, declared the closing on July 1, 2015 of its underwritten public offering of 17 million shares of common stock at $10.00 per share. The net proceeds of the offering were about $165.6 million, after deducting underwriting discounts and estimated offering expenses.

On July 1, 2015, the Company applied about $154.9 million of the net proceeds of the offering to repay indebtedness outstanding under the Company’s term loan facility with associates of Greenlight Capital, Inc. (“Greenlight”). Effective upon the receipt of such payment, all security interests in, and all liens held by Greenlight with respect to, the assets of the Company securing the amounts owed under the term loan facility were terminated and released. The Company intends to use the remaining net proceeds of the offering for working capital and general corporate purposes.

Credit Suisse and Citigroup acted as joint book-running managers and JMP Securities acted as co-manager for the offering. The Company granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 841,500 additional shares of the Company’s common stock.

Green Brick Partners, Inc. engages in the home building business in the United States. It operates through two segments, Builder Operations and Land Development. The company is involved in the land acquisition and development, entitlements, design, construction, marketing, and sale of various residential projects, such as town, single family, and luxury homes in master planned communities; development of lots for public and large private builders; and construction lending business.
