IBM is introducing a new commitment to enable the next generation of developers with the Academic Initiative for Cloud, aimed to mentor and energize them to innovate using IBM Cloud technologies. The new program will create cloud development curricula using Bluemix, IBM’s platform-as-a-service, in over 200 universities, reaching more than 20,000 students in 36 countries.

Additionally declared, is a series of industry Hackathons reaching tens of thousands of new developers and a set of diversity programs for women coders, all based on Bluemix, aimed at creating innovative hands-on experiences that propel radical ideas and innovation in cloud application development.

Vanguard Natural Resources, declared it will release its second quarter 2015 financial results after the market closes on Monday, August 3, 2015. In conjunction with the release, Vanguard has planned a conference call that will be broadcast live over the Internet and by phone on Tuesday, August 4, 2015, starting at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time (10:00 a.m. Central Time).

Finally, Newell Rubbermaid Inc. (NYSE:NWL), ended its last trade with 0.07% gain, and closed at $41.95.

Newell Rubbermaid, declared it has purchased a building and plans to relocate its corporate headquarters from 3 Glenlake Parkway in Atlanta, Georgia, to 6655 Peachtree Dunwoody Road in Atlanta, Georgia, in early 2016. The new space will reflect the brand–led, innovative company that Newell is and will be purpose-fit for how employees work recently and into the future.
