  • Record recurring revenue for the second quarter of $80.5 million on a stated basis, comprising maintenance revenue of $67.6 million and subscription revenue of $12.9 million, and $85.3 million on a constant currency basis, representing 26% year-over-year growth on a stated basis and 34% year-over-year growth on a constant currency basis, and representing 68% of total revenue.
  • License revenue for the second quarter of $38.6 million on a stated basis and $39.6 million on a constant currency basis, representing 3% year-over-year growth on a stated basis and 5% year-over-year growth on a constant currency basis.
  • GAAP operating income of $27.9 million and GAAP operating margin of 24% for the second quarter of 2015 contrast to GAAP operating income of $18.2 million and GAAP operating margin of 18% for the second quarter of 2014.

Rowan Companies (RDC) plans to report earnings for the three months ended June 30, 2015 on Wednesday, August 5, 2015, before the open of the financial markets in the United States. Following the earnings report, the Company will conduct a conference call at 10:00 a.m. Central Daylight Time to talk about its operating results.
