During Thursday’s Afternoon trade, Shares of EMC Corporation (NYSE:EMC), lost -0.91% to $27.20.
EMC Corporation, and Friends of the USA Pavilion Milan 2015 declared that EMC is the official information infrastructure provider for the USA Pavilion at this year’s worlds’ fair, Expo Milano 2015.
The USA Pavilion is focused on food safety, security and sustainability at a global scale. As the information infrastructure provider, EMC is providing the Pavilion with a powerful storage and software solution and professional technical services to power the Pavilion’s digital strategy and capabilities.

Shares of Cyrusone Inc. (NASDAQ:CONE), declined -0.73% to $29.88, during its current trading session.
CyrusOne Inc., declared that its operating partnership, CyrusOne LP, and a wholly owned partner of the Operating Partnership, CyrusOne Finance Corp. intend to offer $100.0 million aggregate principal amount of their 6.375% senior notes due 2022 in a private offering. The New Notes will have terms substantially identical to those of the 6.375% senior notes due 2022 issued by the Issuers in November 2012 and will be guaranteed by CyrusOne, CyrusOne GP and certain of the Operating Partnership’s existing and future domestic auxiliaries.
The Issuers expect to use the net proceeds from the offering of the New Notes to finance, in part, the Operating Partnership’s formerly declared acquisition of Cervalis Holdings LLC, to pay fees and expenses related to the Cervalis Acquisition and for general corporate purposes.
If the Cervalis Acquisition has not been consummated on or preceding to September 30, 2015 or if the merger agreement is terminated at any time preceding to September 30, 2015, the Issuers will be required to redeem all of the New Notes at their initial offering price plus accrued and unpaid interest to the redemption date.

On June 15, Bell Labs, the industrial research arm of Alcatel-Lucent (Euronext Paris and NYSE: ALU), has become a research partner of the Technische Universität Dresden’s 5G Lab Germany.
Under the research partnership agreement, the two organizations will develop and test technologies that will assist to define the capability of 5G mobile networks in meeting the massive connectivity demands of the future, with the high-performance required by end-users.
Opened in September 2014, the 5G Lab Germany brings together 20 professors from the Technische Universität Dresden, one of the leading universities in Europe, with more than 500 scientists. The 5G Lab Germany is a recognized technology consortium and industry leader in the collaborative effort required to develop and deliver 5G networks. It comprises four separate tracks which allow members to focus on areas of interest, while providing a holistic view of 5G networks. As a new member of the 5G Lab Germany, Alcatel-Lucent will initially focus its research efforts on the Wireless & Networks track of the program.
