In the United States, buyers can now interact with an Apple Expert via a live video session while browsing the company’s online store for an iPhone, according to a recent announcement from Apple. Customers may now use this new service to get information on the newest iPhone models and features, upgrade to iOS, trade-in discounts, carrier specials, and financing choices.

Every day from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Pacific Time, “Shop with an Expert over Video,” is accessible on Apple’s website’s Shop iPhone page. According to Apple, the retail clerk will share their screen on the webcam during the one-way encounter. Even so, they will require assistance to visit the client. The video session will be “safe and secure,” according to Apple.
Karen Rasmussen, the manager of Apple’s online shop, said: “With Shop with a Specialist over Video, our team members are thrilled to interact with consumers and give great support as they learn which iPhone best suits them.

Customers can still speak with an Expert on the phone, through online chat, or using American Sign Language through Apple’s online shop.
