Atlético Mineiro Draws with Millonarios in Libertadores Championship

Thanks to a great goal from Paulinho, Atlético Mineiro drew 1-1 with the Colombian side Millonarios on Wednesday night in Bogota in the first leg of the third round of the Libertadores tournament.

The second leg, which will determine its place in the group stage of the continental competition, will take place next Wednesday (15) at 21:30 at the Mineirao Stadium in Belo Horizonte.

On Sunday (12:00), Atlético will play Athletic at 16:00 in São João del Rey in the first leg of the Mineiro League semi-final.

First half:

Paulinho had his first chance in the match in the 13th minute after Patrick’s pass. The striker made a great cross and forced the Colombian goalkeeper to defend well.
