Current Trade News Buzz on: American Airlines Group, (NASDAQ:AAL), ABB, (NYSE:ABB), Cypress Semiconductor Corporation, (NASDAQ:CY), Red Hat, (NYSE:RHT)

On Friday, in the course of current trade, Shares of American Airlines Group Inc. (NASDAQ:AAL), dropped -0.69%, and is now trading at $41.88.

Bank of America/Merrill Lynch on Wednesday downgraded American Airlines to neutral from buy.

“American is the most exposed to capacity concerns that have arisen of late given that it goes head to head with Southwest in Dallas,” wrote Merrill Lynch analyst Andrew Didora in a report.

Additionally, Didora said, “The company faces its biggest integration risk with the reservation system cutover this fall,” following the 2013 merger with US Airways. He cut his price objective to $50 from $64.

American Airlines Group Inc., through its auxiliaries, operates in the airline industry. As of December 31, 2014, the company operated 983 mainline jets, in addition to 566 regional aircrafts through regional airline auxiliaries and third-party regional carriers.

During an Afternoon trade, Shares of ABB Ltd. (NYSE:ABB), dipped -1.75%, and is now trading at $22.74.

ABB, has agreed to be a partner in the UN Global Partnership Programme to promote international standards and accelerate the transition to energy efficient equipment such as motors, drives and distribution transformers.

This initiative is part of the SE4ALL Forum to promote international efficiency standards during meetings held at the three-day conference on global environmental health launching the United Nations’ new Sustainable Energy for All Decade. UN Secretary General Ban Ki Moon launched the Sustainable Energy for All as a global initiative to mobilise action from all sectors of society on renewable energy, energy efficiency and energy access.
