Mead Johnson Nutrition Company (MJN) declared that its board of directors has declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.4125 per share for the quarter ending September 30, 2015.

The dividend will be paid on October 1, 2015, to shareholders of record at close of business on September 14, 2015.

Mead Johnson Nutrition Company manufactures, distributes, and sells infant formulas, children’s nutrition, and other nutritional products.
