Manulife Investments has declared the quarterly distribution for the Oil Sands Sector Fund (OSF-UN.TO) (the “Fund”). A quarterly cash distribution in the amount of $0.125 per unit of the Fund will be paid on October 15, 2015 to unitholders of record as of September 30, 2015. A unitholder who has continually held units since inception will have received a total of $4.750 per unit as of the payment date.

Northrop Grumman Corporation (NOC) was awarded a contract from the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Science and Technology Directorate to develop advanced biometric solutions that will enhance mobile security for users while virtually eliminating the need for a password.

Northrop Grumman will combine advanced behavioral sensing and modeling techniques, derived from two of its university research projects, to authenticate user identity. Instead of a password or pin, behavioral characteristics gathered by sensors on a device will authenticate user identity. Simply put, how a user picks up and handles a device — a highly secure and irreproducible function — will permit access.

Northrop Grumman Corporation, a security company, provides systems, products, and solutions in aerospace, electronics, information systems, and technical service areas to government and commercial customers worldwide. The company’s Aerospace Systems segment designs, develops, integrates, and produces manned aircraft, unmanned systems, spacecraft, high-energy laser systems, microelectronics, and other systems and subsystems.

At the end of Friday’s trade, Tempur Sealy International Inc (NYSE:TPX)‘s shares surged 0.37% to $75.98.

Tempur Sealy International, Inc. (TPX), the world’s largest bedding provider, declared that it accomplished its formerly declared offering of $450 million aggregate principal amount of 5.625% senior notes due 2023 (the “Notes”), issued at par.

The Notes are general unsecured senior obligations of Tempur Sealy and are guaranteed on a senior unsecured basis by all of Tempur Sealy’s existing and future domestic restricted auxiliaries that guarantee or are borrowers under its senior secured credit facilities. The Notes will pay interest semi-annually on April 15 and October 15 of each year starting on April 15, 2016. The notes will mature on October 15, 2023.

Booz Allen Hamilton Holding Corporation (NYSE:BAH), ended its Friday’s trading session with 0.59% gain, and closed at $27.17.

Booz Allen Hamilton (BAH) declared that advanced analytics expert Xena Ugrinsky has joined the firm to engage with clients across its Commercial Group, leading a team that solves clients’ business issues by linking advanced data analytics strategy and execution to broader systems modernization efforts. In addition, she will work closely with Booz Allen’s more than 500-person strong elite data science team to bring cross-discipline expertise and capabilities to internal and external clients, keeping them competitive in recently’s data-driven economy.

Ms. Ugrinsky joins the Commercial Group, which serves clients across the energy, financial services, health and life sciences, and high-tech manufacturing sectors. In addition, the Commercial Group serves industries that have emerging data analytics, privacy and security business needs, such as the retail, media and sports spaces. For example, Booz Allen recently leveraged its experience in building military command centers to assist Major League Baseball with creating its first Replay Operations Center.
