Cardtronics Holdings Limited has completed its acquisition of a Canadian ATM and card services provider.

A subsidiary of Houston-based Cardtronics has acquired Calgary, Alberta-based DirectCash Payments, according to a statement from the Canadian company.

DirectCash provides ATM services through about 25,000 machines across Canada, Australia and the United Kingdom.

The transaction is valued at $464 million, which includes more than 17.5 million common shares, and repayment of DirectCash’s debt. The common shares are to be de-listed from the Toronto Stock Exchange next week.
