Friday’s Trade Stocks Roundup: Huntsman Corporation (NYSE:HUN), Amazon.com, Inc. (NASDAQ:AMZN), Leucadia National Corp. (NYSE:LUK), DTE Energy Co (NYSE:DTE)

On Friday, Shares of Huntsman Corporation (NYSE:HUN), dropped -0.96%, to $ 21.62.

Huntsman Corporation, declared that it has accomplished the acquisition of Tecnoelastomeri, a manufacturer and marketer of methylene diphenyl diisocyanate (MDI) based hot-cast elastomer systems and processing machines, based in Modena, Italy. 2014 sales revenue for Tecnoelastomeri was about $12 million. The purchase price was not revealed.

Hot-cast polyurethanes are used in many downstream applications, counting bumper pads, coated conveyor belts, gears, rollers and wheels. These applications are used in the automotive, rail, oil and gas, mining and steel industries among others. Huntsman has supplied MDI for these applications for many years.

Huntsman Corporation, together with its auxiliaries, manufactures and sells differentiated organic and inorganic chemical products worldwide. The company operates in five segments: Polyurethanes, Performance Products, Advanced Materials, Textile Effects, and Pigments and Additives.

Shares of Amazon.com, Inc. (NASDAQ:AMZN), climbed 0.07%, to $437.71.

Amazon, declared that the second season of its Emmy-nominated original kids series Annedroids is now accessible for Amazon Prime members in the US and UK. Created by Emmy Award-winning producer/director J.J. Johnson (Dino Dan) and Sinking Ship Entertainment (Odd Squad), the new season features the voice of Geena Davis (Grey’s Anatomy) and is aimed at children aged six through 11. Pal (voiced by Millie Davis, Orphan Black) ventures outside the junkyard and expresses a desire to be a real kid. Also this season, a mysterious robotics scientist offers Anne the opportunity of a lifetime, forcing Anne to make some tough decisions about her friends, family and future. Along the way, the kids use DNA to track a lost dog, confront dinosaurs in nightmares, and send the androids to space.

Shares of Leucadia National Corp. (NYSE:LUK), during its Friday’s trading session raised 0.57% to $ 24.53.

Leucadia National Corp., declared that it is ongoing to implement plans for expansion of its foreign exchange business as the Faros Trading business it attained from FXCM in April has now been fully integrated with Jefferies FX business.

Finally, DTE Energy Co (NYSE:DTE) , gained 1.30% $ 76.22.

DTE Energy Co, declared a $0.73 per share dividend on its common stock payable Oct. 15, 2015, to shareholders of record at the close of business Sept. 21, 2015.

This is a $0.04 per share, or 5.8 percent, enhance from the previous quarterly dividend of $0.69 per share and reflects the Board’s and administration’s confidence in DTE’s long-range growth plan. The new annualized dividend is $2.92.

DTE Energy Company operates in the utility operations. The company’s Electric segment engages in the generation, purchase, distribution, and sale of electricity to about 2.1 million residential, commercial, and industrial customers in southeastern Michigan.
