SunEdison, Inc. (NYSE:SUNE) (-14.56%), the largest global renewable energy development company, declared that it has accomplished construction on New Hampshire’s largest solar power plant, a 942 kilowatt (KW) DC solar power plant for the town of Peterborough. SunEdison will supply solar energy generated by this system to the town over the next 20 years, saving taxpayers an estimated $250,000 on energy.

“The town of Peterborough is blazing the trail for more renewable energy projects in New Hampshire,” said Tom Leyden, SunEdison’s vice president of partner development. “Solar projects like this one save taxpayer’s money and bring new economic activity to the area in the form of construction jobs and land lease payments. And because we’ve worked with dozens of municipal customers, we know how to meet their unique needs in even the most challenging circumstances—in this instance we’re constructing the solar system on a capped waste water lagoon at the town’s waste water treatment plant.”

“The town of Peterborough welcomes the new solar power plant, which is a part of our plan to reduce our carbon dioxide emissions while generating energy savings,” said Rodney Bartlett, Peterborough’s town administrator. “The SunEdison solar system will save our town more than $250,000 over the 20-year life of the agreement, and assists us meet our sustainability and climate aims. SunEdison’s proven record of delivering high quality solar systems made them the ideal choice for the project.”

The Peterborough solar system is predictable to generate more than 100 percent of the town’s waste water treatment facility’s electricity needs. The system will also offset electricity at other municipal buildings, and will reduce carbon dioxide emissions by more than 17 million pounds over the period of the agreement—the equivalent carbon sequestered by more than 6,300 acres of U.S. forests in a year.

SunEdison, Inc. develops, manufactures, and sells silicon wafers to the semiconductor industry. The company operates through three segments: Solar Energy, TerraForm Power, and Semiconductor Materials. The Solar Energy segment provides solar energy services that integrate the design, installation, financing, monitoring, operations, and maintenance portions of the downstream solar market.

Shares of Activision Blizzard, Inc. (NASDAQ:ATVI), inclined 2.30% to $34.65, during its current trading session.

Activision Blizzard, declared recently that in relation to the Company’s projected acquisition of King Digital Entertainment, formerly declared on November 2, 2015, Activision Blizzard, Inc. and ABS Partners C.V. have received irrevocable undertakings from a majority in number of the holders of restricted shares (the “Restricted Share Irrevocable Undertakings”). The Restricted Share Irrevocable Undertakings are given by such persons in their capacity as holders of restricted shares and provide that they will vote in favour of the resolutions to be considered at the relevant class meetings regarding approval of the scheme of arrangement in respect of their entire beneficial holdings of restricted shares (as applicable) amounting to, in aggregate, 513,646 restricted shares which represents about 77.31% of the issued restricted share capital on November 10, 2015.

The Restricted Share Irrevocable Undertakings will lapse and cease to be binding if the transaction agreement between King Digital Entertainment plc, Activision Blizzard, Inc. and ABS Partners C.V. dated November 2, 2015 (the “Transaction Agreement”) is terminated in accordance with its terms.

In addition, following a request from the Irish Takeover Panel, we are happy to clarify the circumstances in which the irrevocable voting undertakings received from Messrs. Riccardo Zacconi, Stephane Kurgan and Sebastian Knutsson and Bellaria Holding S.à r.l. and Mr. Thomas Hartwig (the “Irrevocable Undertakings”) and Messrs. Robert Miller, Marcus Jacobs, Tjodolf Sommestad, Nicholas Pointon, Ms. Frances Williams and Jill Kyne (the “Linked Share Irrevocable Undertakings”), which were further described in the Rule 2.5 Declaration dated November 2, 2015 (the “Rule 2.5 Declaration”) will lapse and cease to be binding.

Activision Blizzard, Inc. develops and publishes online, personal computer (PC), video game console, handheld, mobile, and tablet games worldwide. The company develops and publishes interactive entertainment software products through retail channels or digital downloads; and downloadable content to a range of gamers.

Finally, Discovery Laboratories Inc. (NASDAQ:DSCO) (0.06%), will declare top-line results from its AEROSURF® Phase 2a expansion clinical trial in premature infants 29 – 34 gestational age with respiratory distress syndrome (RDS) on Thursday, November 12, 2015 at about 7:00 a.m. EST.

Discovery Labs administration will host a conference call and live webcast, counting a slide presentation, on Thursday, November 12, 2015 at 8:00 a.m. EST to review and discuss the results of the trial.
