On Monday, Shares of Yahoo! Inc. (NASDAQ:YHOO), gained 0.97% to $43.35.

While Yahoo! Inc.’s stock has climbed back from last month’s spinoff scare, options trading shows the issue is still on investors’ minds, according to Bloomberg.

Bearish Yahoo contracts are about the most expensive relative to bullish ones in nearly two years, data compiled by Bloomberg show. The gap, a sign traders are buying insurance against a falling stock, has remained wide even after the shares erased most of a 7.6 percent plunge from May 19. Shares of Chevron Corporation (NYSE:CVX), declined -0.36% to $102.63, during its last trading session.

Chevron Corporation, advised that the Big Foot tension-leg platform (TLP) will be moved to sheltered waters from its location in the deepwater U.S. Gulf of Mexico following damage to subsea installation tendons.

The tendons were pre-installed in preparation for connection to the Big Foot TLP. Between Friday, May 29 and Sunday, May 31, 2015, several tendons lost buoyancy.

The Big Foot TLP was not connected to any subsea wells or tendons at the time of the incident and was not damaged. There are no producing wells at Big Foot at this time. There were no injuries and there has been no release of any fluids to the environment.

Damage to the tendons, which are not connected to subsea wells and are used to attach the TLP to the seafloor, is being assessed. First production will not commence in late 2015 as planned.

Chevron Corporation, through its auxiliaries, engages in the petroleum, chemicals, and power and energy operations worldwide. The company operates in two segments, Upstream and Downstream.

At the end of Monday’s trade, Shares of Jumei International Holding Limited (NYSE:JMEI), lost -6.70% to $21.02.

Jumei International, declared that it will meet with institutional investors at the following forthcoming investor conferences in June 2015:

  • On June 1-2, Mr. Sterling Song, Investor Relations Director, will meet with investors at the J.P. Morgan Global China Summit at the Grand Hyatt Hotel in Beijing.
  • On June 3, Mr. Sterling Song will meet with investors at the CITIC Securities Interim Investment Strategy Forum at the Shangri-La Hotel in Nanjing.
  • On June 4, Ms. Mona Gao, Co-CFO, and Mr. Sterling Song will meet with investors at the T. H. Capital China Internet, Media & Education Investment Conference at the Shangri-La Haidian Hotel in Beijing.

Jumei International Holding Limited operates as an online retailer of beauty products in the People’s Republic of China. The company offers beauty products, such as cosmetics, skin care, cosmetic applicators, fragrance, and body care products; and beauty products for men, and baby and children.

Finally, Occidental Petroleum Corporation (NYSE:OXY), ended its last trade with 0.90% gain, and closed at $78.89.

Occidental Petroleum Corporation, declared that its Board of Directors has authorized an enhance of the company’s dividend to an annual rate of $3.00 per share, from the previous annual rate of $2.88 per share.

Occidental has paid quarterly dividends continuously since 1975. The $.75 per share quarterly dividend will be payable on July 15, 2015, to stockholders of record as of June 10, 2015.
