Today’s Watch List: Yahoo, (NASDAQ:YHOO), NQ Mobile, (NYSE:NQ), Ctrip.com International, (NASDAQ:CTRP), Alaska Air Group, (NYSE:ALK)

On Thursday, in the course of current trade, Shares of Yahoo! Inc. (NASDAQ:YHOO), dropped -0.82%, and is now trading at $42.86.

Yahoo, declared the availability of independent viewability and fraud measurement for display and video advertising on Yahoo owned and operated (O&O) properties, in addition to media purchased across its programmatic buying platform.

Yahoo is partnering with third-party measurement companies that align with the Interactive Advertising Bureau (IAB) and Media Rating Council (MRC) to bring unbiased, accredited reporting for ad viewability and traffic fraud to the digital advertising industry. Advertisers running campaigns with Yahoo can choose from a variety of measurement solutions for greater transparency into campaign performance to ensure appropriate return on advertising spend, brand safety and ad effectiveness.

Yahoo has created an open environment where advertisers can choose from well-known, third-party measurement solutions from comScore, DoubleVerify, Integral Ad Science, Moat, among others, to independently validate for viewability and fraud across display and video at every stage of the campaign lifecycle.

Yahoo! Inc. provides search and display advertising services on Yahoo properties and associate sites worldwide. The company offers Yahoo Search that serves as a starting point to navigate the Internet and discover information; and Yahoo Answers, which enables users to seek, discover, and share knowledge and opinions across mobile phones, tablets, and desktops.

During an Afternoon trade, Shares of NQ Mobile Inc. (NYSE:NQ), dipped -4.20%, and is now trading at $5.02.

NQ Mobile, declared the appointment of Mr. Roland Wu as its chief financial officer in addition to his role as director, effective as of June 1, 2015. With Mr. Wu’s appointment, Dr. Vincent Wenyong Shi will step down from his role as the acting chief financial officer and focus on his responsibilities as the Company’s chairman of the board of directors and chief operating officer.

In the meantime, Mr. Roland Wu will remain as a director, but resigned from his position as a member of the compensation committee of the Company’s board of directors, and as a replacement, the board of directors elected Mr. William Li, an independent director of the Company, as a new member to the compensation committee, both effective as of June 1, 2015.

NQ Mobile Inc. provides mobile Internet services in the People’s Republic of China and internationally. The company provides products and services in the areas of mobile security, privacy, productivity, personalized cloud, and family protection. It operates through two segments, Consumer and Enterprise.

Shares of Ctrip.com International Ltd. (NASDAQ:CTRP), during its Thursday’s current trading session gained 0.15%, and is now trading at $74.99.

The Priceline Group Inc. (PCLN), declared that it will invest an additional $250 million in Ctrip.com International, China’s leading online travel company.

The investment will be made via a convertible bond and Ctrip has granted permission to The Priceline Group to enhance its ownership in Ctrip through the acquisition of Ctrip’s American depositary shares in the open market so that, when combined with the shares issuable upon conversion of the new bond and the $500 million convertible bond issued to The Priceline Group in August 2014, The Priceline Group may hold up to 15% of Ctrip’s outstanding shares.

This investment follows a commercial relationship established between the two companies in 2012, which was expanded in August 2014 together with the $500 million investment by The Priceline Group. Right away following issuance of the new $250 million bond and assuming conversion of the two bonds, The Priceline Group will own securities representing about 10.5% of Ctrip’s outstanding shares.

The two companies will continue their existing commercial partnership, whereby accommodations inventory is cross-promoted between the brands.

Ctrip.com International, Ltd., together with its auxiliaries, provides travel services for hotel accommodations, transportation ticketing services, packaged tours, and corporate travel administration in the People’s Republic of China.

Finally, Alaska Air Group, Inc. (NYSE:ALK), lost -0.93% Thursday.

Alaska Air Group, stated May and year-to-date operational results on a merged basis, and for its auxiliaries, Alaska Airlines and Horizon Air.

AIR GROUP

On a combined basis, Air Group stated a 10.4 percent enhance in traffic on a 12.0 percent enhance in capacity contrast to May 2014. Load factor reduced 1.2 points to 84.5 percent. These statistics comprise flights operated by Alaska and those under capacity purchase agreements, counting Horizon, SkyWest and PenAir.

Alaska Air Group, Inc., through its auxiliaries, provides passengers and cargo air transportation services primarily in the United States. The company operates through Alaska Mainline and Alaska Regional segments.
