On Tuesday, Shares of Yahoo! Inc. (NASDAQ:YHOO), gained 2.39% to $28.26.

Yahoo declared key updates to its advertising technology portfolio at Advertising Week in New York:

  • BrightRoll is Yahoo’s new, unified brand for programmatic advertising technology, offering a suite of media-agnostic tools to assist advertisers, publishers and partners connect with consumers across ad formats and devices.
  • Yahoo Gemini, the company’s proprietary marketplace for search and native advertising across devices, introducing new product features and the Yahoo Preferred Partner Program.

“Yahoo is building a strong portfolio of solutions to assist advertisers connect and engage with consumers through the combination of data and technology,” said Prashant Fuloria, Senior Vice President of Advertising Products at Yahoo. “We’ve made noteworthy investments to integrate Yahoo’s targeting and measurement capabilities into BrightRoll’s programmatic tools to provide more control, more transparency, and ultimately better results.”

The event served as a kick-off for the month-long HopeLine Drive in October, in which the public is invited to assist Verizon reach 1 million phone donations for domestic violence education and prevention. In addition, Verizon declared that nine Michigan domestic violence agencies will receive a combined total of more than $100,000 in HopeLine from Verizon grant money — counting a grant through the YWCA of Metropolitan Detroit to provide domestic violence training to the Detroit Police Department in November.

In conjunction with announcing the month-long HopeLine Drive, Verizon also declared at the Rally For Hope that the following Michigan-based domestic violence agencies are receiving a combined total of $100,000 in HopeLine from Verizon grant money:

Enterprise Products Partners declared that its operating partner, Enterprise Products Operating LLC (“EPO”), raised its bank credit facilities by $500 million to provide the company with up to $5.5 billion of aggregate borrowing capacity. The facilities comprise of an amended $4.0 billion multi-year revolving credit agreement that matures in September 2020 and a new $1.5 billion 364-day revolving credit agreement, both of which are unconditionally guaranteed by Enterprise on an unsecured and unsubordinated basis. As of recently, aggregate available borrowing capacity under the raised bank credit facilities is about $4.7 billion.

Enterprise Products Partners L.P. is one of the largest publicly traded partnerships and a leading North American provider of midstream energy services to producers and consumers of natural gas, NGLs, crude oil, refined products and petrochemicals. Finally, Cypress Semiconductor Corporation (NASDAQ:CY), ended its last trade with -0.96% loss, and closed at $8.28.
