Based on TI’s TM4C129ENCPDT microcontrollers (MCUs), the low-cost TM4C Crypto Connected LaunchPad development kit offers a fully available 120-MHz ARM Cortex-M4F core with security functions offloaded to hardware accelerators to provide the performance needed for customers developing applications requiring a secure cloud connection.

Texas Instruments Incorporated designs, manufactures, and sells semiconductors to electronics designers and manufacturers worldwide. It operates through two segments, Analog and Embedded Processing.

Shares of Infosys Ltd ADR (NYSE:INFY), declined -0.97% to $17.27, during its last trading session.

Infosys scored high for the scale and scope of its delivery capability across all phases of the testing lifecycle. Offerings from Infosys evaluated for the report comprised digital assurance, functional testing, security testing, and validation, service-oriented architecture and middleware testing, test data administration, and test automation, among others.

Finally, Fairchild Semiconductor Intl Inc (NASDAQ:FCS), ended its last trade with -2.78% loss, and closed at $13.65.

Fairchild Semiconductor Intl updated its guidance range for the third quarter of 2015. Fairchild now anticipates third quarter sales to be about $340 million contrast to the previous range of $355 to $375 million. Adjusted gross margin is predictable to be within the previous guidance range of 34.0 to 35.0 percent. Operating expenses are now forecast to be $90 to $92 million contrast to the previous guidance of $95 to $97 million.

Fairchild also declared it has initiated a program to structurally reduce operating expenses by about $30 to $34 million annually, which is predictable to be implemented by the middle of the fourth quarter of 2015. This is a structural change to the operating expense level of the company and the anticipated savings contain no temporary measures. The company anticipates to incur about $13 million of severance expenses in the third quarter associated with this program.

These structural improvements in both manufacturing and operating costs give us greater confidence that we can achieve our target business model in 2016.”
