On Tuesday, Shares of Owens Corning, (NYSE:OC), gained 0.73% to $42.67.

Owens Corning, declared that they have reached a five-year agreement for recycling services. AFBG will recycle glass fiber-related material from Owens Corning’s Amarillo, Texas plant; this material is presently land-filled.

“The recycling plan in Amarillo represents continued progress toward Owens Corning’s 2020 environmental footprint aims,” said Doug Pontsler, vice president of Environment, Health and Safety and Operations Sustainability at Owens Corning. “Concurrent with our progress to reduce waste generation, we’ve made securing more reliable recycling for glass fiber waste a top priority. The solution from American Fiber Green Products, which will convert our waste into useful, marketable products, will assist us achieve our sustainability aims.”

Owens Corning, together with its auxiliaries, produces and sells glass fiber reinforcements and other materials for composite systems; and residential and commercial building materials worldwide.

Shares of Clean Energy Fuels Corp. (NASDAQ:CLNE), inclined 4.13% to $ 7.57, during its last trading session.

Clean Energy Fuels, declared at its Annual Shareholders’ meeting that its wholly-owned auxiliaries, IMW Industries, NorthStar Inc. and Clean Energy Renewable Fuels have been renamed and redefined as divisions of Clean Energy Fuels Corp. IMW Industries is now Clean Energy Compression, NorthStar is now Clean Energy Cryogenics and CERF is now Clean Energy Renewables.

Clean Energy Fuels Corp. provides natural gas as an alternative fuel for vehicle fleets in the United States and Canada. It designs, builds, operates, and maintains fueling stations; and supplies compressed natural gas CNG fuel for light, medium, and heavy-duty vehicles, in addition to liquefied natural gas LNG fuel for medium and heavy-duty vehicles.

At the end of Tuesday’s trade, Shares of Gran Tierra Energy Inc. (NYSEMKT:GTE), lost -4.11% to $ 3.04.

Gran Tierra Energy, took part in the RBC Global Energy & Power Executive Conference, which took place on June 1st and 2nd in New York City and it is filing a new investor presentation with the Securities and Exchange Commission and on SEDAR and will post the presentation on its website at www.grantierra.com.

Gran Tierra Energy Inc., an independent energy company, engages in the acquisition, exploration, development, and production of oil and gas properties in Colombia, Peru, and Brazil.

Finally, Willbros Group Inc. (NYSE:WG), ended its last trade with -4.76% loss, and close at $ 1.60.

Willbros Group, declared that it has received multiple new contract awards in Canada, with an aggregate contract value of about $C55.0 million. The Canada fabrication operation has been awarded a contract for Chromium Carbide Overlay of spools for hydrotransport and tailings applications for a mine site in the Wood Buffalo Region. The Industrial Construction Services business unit will provide mechanical construction services for diluent capacity enhance at a terminal project near Anzac, Alberta. The Construction and Maintenance group will provide general mechanical work and another tailings barge move at a mine site in Northern Alberta. Finally, Willbros Canada has won two recent contract awards with a major construction project at an oil sands mine location in Wood Buffalo, for hydrotransport corridor piping together with five field erected storage tanks.
