Tyco International PLC (TYC) declared that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.205 per share for the fourth quarter of fiscal 2015, payable on August 19, 2015, to shareholders of record at the close of NYSE trading on July 24, 2015.

Tyco International Ltd. designs, sells, installs, and services security, fire detection, suppression, and life safety products worldwide. It operates in three segments: North America Installation & Services, Rest of World Installation & Services, and Global Products.

Cheniere Energy, Inc. (NYSEMKT:LNG)’s shares dropped -1.25% to $70.51.

Cheniere Energy, Inc. (LNG) project developments that, if accomplished, are projected to add up to about 19 million tonnes per annum (“mtpa”) of incremental LNG production capacity and would bring Cheniere’s aggregate nominal LNG production capacity to about 60 mtpa by 2025.

Cheniere is developing about 9 mtpa of incremental LNG production capacity through the addition of two liquefaction trains adjacent to the existing site of the Corpus Christi liquefaction project (the “CCL Project”). Predictable nominal LNG production capacity of each of these liquefaction trains is about 4.5 mtpa, which would enhance the predictable aggregate nominal LNG production capacity at the CCL Project to about 22.5 mtpa. Cheniere initiated the regulatory process in June 2015 by filing the National Environmental Policy Act pre-filing request with the FERC and the FTA and non-FTA approval requests with the DOE. Regulatory approvals would be predictable in 2017.

Keurig Green Mountain, Inc. produces and sells specialty coffee, coffeemakers, teas, and other beverages in the United States and Canada. It sources, produces, and sells coffee, hot cocoa, teas, and other beverages under various brands in K-Cup, Vue, Rivo, K-Carafe, and Bolt portion packs brands; and coffee in traditional packaging, counting bags and fractional packs, in addition to offers whole bean and ground coffee in bags, fractional packages, and cans.

Quanta Services Inc (NYSE:PWR), ended its Monday’s trading session with -1.01% loss, and closed at $29.44.

Quanta Services Inc (PWR) declared that company administration will present at the Stifel 2015 Industrials Conference to be held June 16, 2015, in New York City. Quanta Services, Inc. provides specialty contracting services to the electric power, and oil and gas industries in North America and internationally. The company’s Electric Power Infrastructure Services segment provides network solutions comprising design, installation, upgrade, repair, and maintenance of electric power transmission and distribution infrastructure, and substation facilities. It also provides emergency restoration services, counting the repair of infrastructure. In addition, this segment designs, installs, and maintains renewable energy generation facilities comprising solar, wind, and various types of natural gas generation facilities.
