The Middle Harbor Terminal Redevelopment Program is a $1.3 billion capital improvement program that intends to reconfigure, upgrade and modernize Piers D, E and F over the next several years. This program plans to transform two container terminals into a single, highly automated facility with double the capacity. The Port is in the process of concluding Phase 1 of the program.
