On Friday, TASER International, Inc. (NASDAQ:TASR)’s shares inclined 1.98% to $33.04.

TASER International (TASR) declared receipt of an order for 300 Axon Flex body-worn video cameras and a five-year subscription to Evidence.com by the Fresno Police Department. The order also comprises an upgrade to the Officer Safety Plan. This order was received and shipped in the second quarter of 2015.

TASER International, Inc. develops, manufactures, and sells conducted electrical weapons (CEWs) worldwide. It operates through two segments, TASER Weapons and AXON. Donaldson Company, Inc. (DCI), a leader in the global industrial air filtration market through its Donaldson® Torit® business, declared that it has attained a majority stake in IFIL.USA, LLC, a manufacturer of pleated bag filters for industrial dust collection. The agreement with IFIL USA is predictable to contribute about $6 million to $8 million of revenue to Donaldson’s fiscal 2016 results.

Founded in 2009 and based in Harrisonville, Missouri, IFIL USA’s innovative products are sold to a wide range of industries, counting primary metals, grain, food, mining, minerals and pharmaceuticals. Donaldson Company, Inc. engages in the manufacture and sale of filtration systems and replacement parts. The company operates through two segments, Engine Products and Industrial Products. The Engine Products segment provides air filtration systems, exhaust and emissions systems, and replacement filters, in addition to liquid filtration systems, counting hydraulics, fuel, and lube.

At the end of Friday’s trade, Pioneer Energy Services Corp (NYSE:PES)‘s shares dipped -1.67% to $4.71.

Pioneer Energy Services (PES) declared that it will release its second quarter 2015 financial results before the market opens on Thursday, July 30. In conjunction with the release, Pioneer has planned a conference call that will be broadcast live over the Internet the same day starting at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time (10:00 a.m. Central Time). Investors may take part in the call either by phone or audio webcast.

Pioneer Energy Services Corp., through its auxiliaries, provides drilling services and production services to oil and gas exploration and production companies in the United States and Colombia. The company’s Drilling Services Segment provides contract land drilling services in Texas, North Dakota, Utah, Appalachia, and Colombia. As of February 1, 2015, this segment operated a fleet of 47 drilling rigs. Pitney Bowes Inc. (NYSE:PBI), ended its Friday’s trading session with 1.69% gain, and closed at $21.08.
