On Friday, Shares of KeyCorp. (NYSE:KEY), lost -1.04% to $15.21.

KeyCorp, will declare second quarter 2015 earnings on Thursday, July 16, 2015, before the market opens. A conference call will be held at 9:00 a.m. ET to review financial results, strategy and outlook.

KeyCorp operates as the bank holding company for KeyBank National Association that provides various retail and commercial banking services to individual, corporate, and institutional clients in the United States.

Shares of American Realty Capital Properties, Inc. (NASDAQ:ARCP), declined -1.97% to $8.47, during its last trading session.

American Realty Capital Properties, declared that, following the authorization of its board of directors, it will pay a monthly dividend to holders of its 6.70% Series F Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock, par value $0.01 per share (“Series F Preferred Stock”), in respect of the period commencing June 15, 2015 through July 14, 2015 on July 15, 2015 (the “July Series F Dividend”) and in respect of the period commencing July 15, 2015 through August 14, 2015 on August 17, 2015 (the “August Series F Dividend”). Holders of Series F Preferred Stock on July 1, 2015 and on August 1, 2015 will be eligible to receive the July Series F Dividend and the August 2015 Series F Dividend, respectively. The dividend for the Series F Preferred Stock accrues daily on a 360-day annual basis equal to an annualized dividend rate of $1.675 per share, or $0.1395833 per 30-day month.

American Realty Capital Properties, Inc. owns and acquires single tenant, freestanding commercial real estate that is net leased on a medium-term basis, primarily to investment grade credit rated and other creditworthy tenants.

Finally, Emerson Electric Co. (NYSE:EMR), ended its last trade with -1.09% loss, and closed at $58.11.

Emerson Process Management, a global business of Emerson Electric Co., has won an order from NTPC Limited to provide automation technologies and expertise for two new 800-megawatt supercritical generating units at the Darlipali Super Thermal Power Station in the Sundergarh District, Odisha, India.

The new units will assist meet the energy needs of the region’s growing population. Unit 1 commissioning is predictable in December 2017, with Unit 2 to follow three months later.

Emerson project teams will engineer, install and commission Ovation systems to monitor and control each unit’s supercritical boiler and critical balance-of-plant processes and equipment. Emerson will also provide its Rosemount® Analytical online steam water analysis system and continuous emissions monitoring system, Rosemount pressure and level transmitters, and additional instrumentation.

Emerson formerly worked with NTPC Limited, which is India’s largest power utility, to automate units at the Sipat, Simhadri, and Tanda power stations and is presently carrying out projects at several other sites.
