Philip Morris International, declared that on August 11, 2015, PT HM Sampoerna Tbk. (“Sampoerna”), an indirect partner of Philip Morris International Inc. in which PMI holds a 98.18% interest through PT Philip Morris Indonesia (“PMID”), filed a registration statement with the Indonesian Financial Services Authority (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan or “OJK”), in connection with a potential rights issue (the “Rights Issue”) by Sampoerna. The purpose of the potential Rights Issue would be to comply with the Indonesian Stock Exchange’s (“IDX”) mandatory requirement of a minimum threshold for public shareholding. Following IDX regulations, all listed public companies are required to have at least 7.5% of their total paid-up capital owned by the public (not taking into account controlling or principal shareholders) by January 30, 2016. As advised by Sampoerna on its website on September 21, 2015, the price range for a potential institutional placement of rights shares in connection with the Rights Issue has been set at between Rp. 65,000 and Rp. 77,000 per rights share of Sampoerna. It is predictable that after the Rights Issue 7.50% of Sampoerna’s total paid-up capital will be owned by the public, in compliance with IDX requirements. Final pricing for the placement is predictable to occur on or about October 1, 2015.

Philip Morris International Inc., through its auxiliaries, manufactures and sells cigarettes, other tobacco products, and other nicotine-containing products. Its portfolio of brands comprise Marlboro, Merit, Parliament, Virginia Slims, L&M, Chesterfield, Bond Street, Lark, Muratti, Next, Philip Morris, and Red & White.

Shares of FirstEnergy Corp. (NYSE:FE), inclined 1.04% to $31.04, during its last trading session.

FirstEnergy Corp., declared administration changes in key customer service and utility operations areas of the company.

Greg Hussing has been promoted to director, Customer Contact Centers, overseeing FirstEnergy’s contact centers in Akron, Ohio, Toledo, Ohio, Reading, Pa., and Fairmont, W.Va. Last year, these facilities handled more than 16 million customer calls. His responsibilities also comprise FirstEnergy’s eBill program and the customer service pages on the company’s website at www.firstenergycorp.com. Formerly, he was director, IT Energy Delivery Solutions.

Rebecca Spach has been promoted to director, Vegetation Administration. Formerly, she was general manager, Transmission Vegetation Administration. In this position, Spach will be directly responsible for tree trimming and other vegetation administration options for the about 14,000 miles of FirstEnergy transmission line corridors. In addition, she will provide oversight and support for the vegetation administration work done along the more than 140,000 miles of distribution lines in the company’s six-state service area.

FirstEnergy Corp., through its auxiliaries, generates, transmits, and distributes electricity in the United States. The company operates through Regulated Distribution, Regulated Transmission, and Competitive Energy Services segments. It owns and operates fossil, coal-fired, nuclear, oil and natural gas, wind and solar power, and hydroelectric generating facilities.

At the end of Friday’s trade, Shares of Unilever N.V. (ADR) (NYSE:UN), gained 2.88% to $39.53.

Unilever has been named as a leader of the Food, Beverage and Tobacco Industry Group in the 2015 Dow Jones Sustainability Index (DJSI) results. It is one of only 24 companies to be named as Industry Group Leaders.

Unilever achieved an overall score of 92 out of a possible 100, an improvement from 90 in 2014.

Unilever led, or jointly led, the industry in eight of the 23 Food Products criteria, counting: Innovation Administration; Strategy for Emerging Markets; Climate Strategy; Packaging; and Talent Attraction & Retention.

Unilever N.V. operates as a fast-moving consumer goods company in the Americas, Europe, Asia, Australasia, Africa, the Middle East, Turkey, Russia, Ukraine, and Belarus. Finally, Paychex, Inc. (NASDAQ:PAYX), ended its last trade with 0.76% gain, and closed at $46.69.

Almost half (48%) say they cannot take a lunch break on a daily basis where they disconnect from work. Many said they eat quickly at their desks, in their cars or not at all. Last year, only 35% said they were unable to take a daily lunch.
