Traders Alert: ISIS Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (NASDAQ:ISIS), Depomed Inc (NASDAQ:DEPO), TE Connectivity Ltd (NYSE:TEL)

On Thursday, Shares of ISIS Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (NASDAQ:ISIS), gained 0.51% to $53.01.

Isis Pharmaceuticals, declared that administration will present a company overview at the following investor conferences:

  • 10th Annual Wells Fargo Healthcare Conference on Thursday, September 10, 2015 in Boston, MA;
  • 2015 Morgan Stanley Global Healthcare Conference on Friday, September 18, 2015 in New York, NY; and
  • Leerink Partners Rare Disease Roundtable on Wednesday, September 30, 2015 in New York, NY.

Isis Pharmaceuticals, Inc. engages in the discovery and development of antisense drugs using novel drug discovery platform. The company’s flagship product comprises the KYNAMRO injection, which is an apo-B synthesis inhibitor for patients with homozygous familial hypercholesterolemia; and for the reduction of low-density lipoprotein cholesterol.

Shares of Depomed Inc (NASDAQ:DEPO), declined -0.55% to $26.98, during its last trading session.

Depomed, declared that it will be presenting at the 2015 Morgan Stanley Global Healthcare Conference in New York City. The presentation is planned for 9:20 am ET (6:20 am PT) Wednesday, September 16, 2015.

Depomed, Inc., a specialty pharmaceutical company, develops products for pain and other central nervous system conditions in the United States. It offers Gralise (gabapentin), an once-daily product for the administration of postherpetic neuralgia; CAMBIA (diclofenac potassium for oral solution), a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug indicated for acute treatment of migraine attacks in adults; Zipsor (diclofenac potassium) liquid filled capsule, a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug for the treatment of mild to moderate acute pain in adults; and Lazanda (fentanyl) nasal spray, an intranasal fentanyl drug used to manage breakthrough pain in adults.

Finally, TE Connectivity Ltd (NYSE:TEL), ended its last trade with 1.04% gain, and closed at $60.23.

TeliaSonera and Telenor, declared the withdrawal of the projected merger of their respective business units in Denmark. The companies have not been able to agree with the European Commission on acceptable conditions to go ahead with their plan to create a robust mobile operator.

In December last year, TeliaSonera and Telenor reached a contract to merge their Danish operations. The new joint venture would have created a mobile operator that would be able to improvement investments in networks and technology, to the benefit of the Danish customers.

In our view, creating a market player with the scale and ability to compete and invest would ensure that customers and businesses would benefit from better quality, speed and coverage,” says Robert Andersson, Executive Vice President and Head of Region Europe in TeliaSonera.
