Traders Recap - Banco Bradesco S.A. (NYSE:BBD), Express Scripts Holding Company (NASDAQ:ESRX), Hertz Global Holdings, Inc. (NYSE:HTZ), Colgate-Palmolive Co. (NYSE:CL)

On Monday, Shares of Banco Bradesco S.A. (NYSE:BBD), gained 5.55% to $6.09, as the real rebounded amid speculation that Brazil will intervene to stimulate the country’s sluggish economy.

After falling to a 13-year low last week, Brazil’s real raised by 1.3% against the dollar recently, amid speculation that the government will declare spending cuts and tax hikes totaling $17 billion, Reuters reports.

The austerity measures are aimed at closing the 30 billion reais gap in Brazil’s 2016 budget, sources told Reuters.

Banco Bradesco S.A. provides banking and financial products and services to individuals, companies, and corporations and institutions. The company operates through two segments, Banking; and Insurance, Pension Plans and Capitalization Bond.

Shares of Express Scripts Holding Company (NASDAQ:ESRX), declined -0.41% to $84.14, during its last trading session.

Express Scripts Holding Company declared George Paz will retire as Chief Executive Officer, effective following the company’s annual meeting of stockholders presently planned for May 2016, and current company President Tim Wentworth will take on the role of CEO. Mr. Paz will remain on the Board as non-executive Chairman following his retirement, and Thomas Mac Mahon will continue as Lead Independent Director.

Mr. Wentworth was named President of Express Scripts in February 2014. He has administration responsibility for all aspects of the company’s core business, and presently reports directly to Mr. Paz.

Express Scripts Holding Company operates as a pharmacy benefit administration (PBM) company in the United States and Canada. The company operates through two segments, PBM and Other Business Operations.

Shares of Hertz Global Holdings, Inc. (NYSE:HTZ), declined -1.58% to $18.02, during its last trading session.

Team Penske and Hertz will debut a new livery on the No. 22 Ford Mustang driven by Joey Logano for the forthcoming NASCAR Xfinity Series (NXS) event at Darlington Raceway on Saturday, Sept. 5. As part of the overall throwback weekend at Darlington Raceway, the car’s new paint scheme will be an ode to the famed Hertz / Shelby GT350H “Rent-A-Racer” program from the 1960s and will feature a black scheme with gold racing stripes.

The Board of Directors of Colgate-Palmolive Company declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.38 per common share, payable on November 16, 2015, to shareholders of record on October 23, 2015. The Company has paid uninterrupted dividends on its common stock since 1895.

Separately, the Company also declared recently that Lorrie Norrington, Operating Partner, Lead Edge Capital LLC, was elected to Colgate’s Board of Directors effective September 9, 2015.

Ms. Norrington, 55, brings over 30 years of operational leadership experience and in-depth knowledge of the technology, e-commerce and consumer software industries. Before joining Lead Edge, Ms. Norrington served as President of Global eBay Marketplaces, Chief Operating Officer of eBay Marketplaces and President of eBay International, in Europe and Asia. Before joining eBay, Ms. Norrington held senior positions at Intuit, Inc. and held a number of global roles at General Electric Company over an almost 20-year period.

Colgate-Palmolive Company, together with its auxiliaries, manufactures and markets consumer products worldwide. It operates in two segments: Oral, Personal and Home Care; and Pet Nutrition.
