  • Income attributable to common stockholders raised 99.1% to $58.8 million.
  • Income attributable to common stockholders per diluted share raised 100% to $0.28.

We continue to see strength with the group customer which, combined with the imbedded growth from our on-going hotel repositionings, causes us to presently believe that we will see strong operating results for the next few years. In addition to the organic growth in our portfolio, we will continue to seek opportunities to selectively dispose of assets when we can realize a value in excess of our internal valuation.”
