On Monday, Sprint Corp (NYSE:S)’s shares declined -3.84% to $3.51.

Sprint (NYSE:S) and Youth Guidance declared #Sprint4Change, a unique learning experience developed to assist Chicago High School Students who are passionate about the arts achieve their dreams. The #Sprint4Change program has been designed as an all-day music experience to assist students discover their passion and motivate them to strive for higher education.

The #Sprint4Change program taking place next Monday, December 21, 2015 will focus on the music industry. These students will have a one-of-a-kind learning experience as they create and produce their own song with professionals at the Chicago Recording Company. The students will be learning about music theory, song arrangement, music business, performance techniques and more by renowned music industry professionals like Danny Leake and Donald Lawrence before they end their night at the legendary House of Blues to experience first-hand what it takes to put on a concert.

“Students involved with Youth Guidance have such a bright future ahead of them and we need to assist them connect with more mentors,” said Tracy Nolan, Sprint President and General Manager of Illinois and Wisconsin. “Networking is key to young millennials and if there is anything we can do to assist them succeed, I promise we will.”

Warren Resources, Inc. (WRES) declared an update on corporate restructuring initiatives following the recent appointments of James A. Watt as President and Chief Executive Officer and Frank T. Smith, Jr. as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.

The Company is happy to declare the appointment of Mr. John R. Powers as Vice President - Accounting effective recently. The appointment of Mr. Powers completes the finance administration team, which, coupled with the Company’s operating executive personnel in Denver, California and Dallas, will provide the core administration of the Company on a go forward basis.

John R. Powers, 60, was Vice-President and Chief Accounting Officer for Dune Energy, Inc. from July of 2007 until September of 2015. From March of 1999 until May of 2005 he was Operation Manager, Southwest Wholesale. He was Special Projects Coordinator, Citation Oil and Gas Corporation from April of 1996 until June of 1998. From April of 1987 until March of 1996 he served as Accounting Consultant, Citation Oil and Gas Corporation. He was Accounting Consultant for Black Stone Oil Company from April of 1985 until May of 1987. From June of 1978 until August of 1984 he was an Audit Manager for Author Young & Company. He received a Bachelor’s of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Texas in 1975 and a Masters of Science in Accountancy from the University of Houston in 1978.

Warren Resources, Inc., an independent energy company, engages in the exploration, development, and production of domestic onshore crude oil and gas reserves. The company primarily focuses on the exploration and development of waterflood oil recovery projects in the Wilmington field within the Los Angeles Basin of California; and coalbed methane natural gas properties located in the Rocky Mountain region.

At the end of Monday’s trade, Fifth Third Bancorp (NASDAQ:FITB)‘s shares surged 0.71% to $19.85.
