On Monday, Shares of Duke Energy Corp (NYSE:DUK), lost - 2.04% to $70.91.

Duke Energy meteorologists are closely monitoring Tropical Storm Erika to determine its path and if the system will have any impact on its Florida service area.

While weather forecasts and models remain uncertain about Erika’s exact path and intensity, Duke Energy’s line technicians, service crews and other personnel are available throughout the company’s service area and are ready to respond to outages and emergencies, if they occur.

In addition, Duke Energy contractor personnel from other areas will arrive over the weekend to assist.

Shares of FireEye Inc (NASDAQ:FEYE), declined -3.60% to $37.78, during its last trading session.

FireEye revealed the details of an advanced campaign, which appears to target information about ongoing border disputes and other diplomatic matters.

The advanced persistent threat (APT) group behind the operation, which FireEye believes is most likely based in China, sent targeted spear phishing emails containing Microsoft Word attachments to its intended victims. These documents pertained to regional issues and contained a script called WATERMAIN, which creates backdoors on infected machines. The campaign’s attacks were also detected in April 2015, about one month ahead of Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s first state visit to China.

FireEye has observed WATERMAIN activity since 2011. Over the past four years, this threat group has used WATERMAIN to target over 100 victims, about 70 percent of which were in India. The group launching WATERMAIN attacks has also targeted Tibetan activists and others in Southeast Asia, with a focus on governmental, diplomatic, scientific and educational organizations.

FireEye, Inc., together with its auxiliaries, provides cybersecurity solutions for detecting, preventing, and resolving cyber-attacks. The company offers vector-specific appliance solutions that provide threat protection from network to endpoint for inbound and outbound network traffic that may contain sensitive information.

At the end of Monday’s trade, Shares of International Business Machines Corp. (NYSE:IBM), lost - 0.06% to $147.89.

ANZ, one of Australia and New Zealand’s leading banks, has signed a five-year, AU$450 million planned agreement with IBM (NYSE:IBM). This partnership will provide ANZ with raised capability to drive productivity and innovation across the Group, in addition to improving its capacity to deal with the rapidly growing number of customers and transactions across the bank’s branch, digital and mobile channels and support ANZ’s regional expansion.

The agreement comprises access to IBM’s vast software portfolio, an Innovation Lab, next generation cloud development capabilities and core systems infrastructure. The IBM agreement will provide common platforms across ANZ’s network as it continues to grow as a super-regional bank and will allow the Bank to deliver a more integrated and innovative banking experience for digital customers.

An essential pillar of the planned agreement is the Innovation Lab, a co-investment between ANZ and IBM. The Lab will allow ANZ to improvement productivity, to deliver new products and services to market quickly and improve the customer experience. The Innovation Lab is powered by Bluemix, IBM’s cloud development platform-as-a-service, and will enable the Bank’s developers to build, test and deploy new applications and services at a fraction of the time and cost formerly taken.

International Business Machines Corporation provides information technology (IT) products and services worldwide. The company’s Global Technology Services segment provides IT infrastructure and business process services, such as outsourcing, processing, integrated technology, cloud, and technology support.

Finally, News Corp (NASDAQ:NWSA), ended its last trade with -1.23% loss, and closed at $13.63.
