On Tuesday, Shares of Incontact Inc (NASDAQ:SAAS), gained 2.09% to $9.30.

Incontact, declares a new global customer is leaving behind old premise-based software for the inContact cloud contact center platform. Seeking a flexible cloud solution to integrate with its own cloud products, the company explored other cloud providers before opting for the stability and agile functionality of inContact’s advanced platform. This fast-growing customer has nearly 300 specialized agents counting a large number of remote service representatives.

Frustrated by the static and inflexible nature of its existing premise system, and facing noteworthy upgrade costs to grow, the new enterprise customer will implement inContact’s proven, multi-tenant cloud solution with Automatic Call Distributor and Interactive Voice Response. The multi-channel ACD and integrated IVR will support all inbound customer service channels counting email, chat, text and voice, while seamlessly integrating with the customer’s existing customer database and business productivity software.

InContact, Inc. provides cloud contact center software solutions, and network connectivity services in the United States. The company operates in two segments, Software and Network Connectivity.

Shares of Entegris Inc (NASDAQ:ENTG), declined -2.08% to $ 14.14, during its last trading session.

Entegris, will be participating in the Stifel Industrials Conference 2015 on Tuesday, June 16, 2015 at The New York Palace Hotel in New York City.

In addition, Entegris declared it will hold an Analyst Meeting on July 14, 2015 from 1:30 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. (PT) at the St. Regis Hotel in San Francisco.

Entegris, Inc. manufactures and sells a range of products and services for purifying, protecting, and transporting the critical materials used in processing and manufacturing in the microelectronics and other high-technology industries worldwide.

At the end of Tuesday’s trade, Shares of W&T Offshore, Inc. (NYSE:WTI), gained 3.98% to $ 5.48.

W&T Offshore, declared that it has closed the formerly declared $300 million five-year second-lien term loan that was priced with a 9% fixed coupon at 99 to yield 9.25%. Net proceeds have been used to repay a portion of the outstanding borrowings under the Company’s revolving credit facility. Pro forma for the new issue, the Company’s liquidity under the borrowing base plus cash on hand as of March 31, 2015, would have been over $285 million. The borrowing base under the Company’s revolving bank credit facility is now set at $500 million.

An entity controlled by Tracy W. Krohn, W&T Offshore’s Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, has took part in the term loan for a $5.0 million principal commitment on the same terms as other lenders. Details of the term loa contract will be accessible via a Current Report on Form 8-K that will be filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission this week.

W&T Offshore, Inc., an independent oil and natural gas producer, together with its auxiliaries, engages in the acquisition, exploration, and development of oil and natural gas properties primarily in the Gulf of Mexico and onshore in the Permian Basin of West Texas.

Finally, Cyberonics, Inc. (NASDAQ:CYBX), ended its last trade with 4.51% gain, and close at $ 68.35.

The Aspire generator uses a proprietary, patent protected, customizable cardiac-based algorithm to detect relative heart-rate enhances and deliver automatic stimulation. “The advantage of the Aspire generator over the conventional VNS treatment is the ability to deliver stimulation when it may have the greatest beneficial effect,” said Robert Fisher, M.D., Ph.D., Professor of Neurology & Neurological Sciences, Director, Stanford Comprehensive Epilepsy Program.

Seizure timing is often unpredictable, causing stress to patients and anxiety to caregivers, knowing that a seizure could occur when they are not prepared or able to intervene. “From a physician’s perspective, the AspireSR generator is a very important development, because it is the only minimally invasive option we have that allows us to detect and respond to events in real time,” added Micheál P.
