On Friday, Shares of Marathon Oil Corporation (NYSE:MRO), gained 4.26% to $16.65.

Marathon Oil Corporation declared that the Company’s board of directors has declared a quarterly dividend of 21 cents per share on the Company’s common stock. The dividend is payable on Sept. 10, 2015, to stockholders of record on Aug. 19, 2015.

Marathon Oil Corporation operates as an energy company. It operates in three segments: North America Exploration and Production, International Exploration and Production, and Oil Sands Mining. The North America Exploration and Production segment explores for, produces, and markets crude oil and condensate, natural gas liquids, and natural gas in North America.

Shares of Regions Financial Corporation (NYSE:RF), inclined 0.63% to $9.62, during its last trading session.

Regions Bank has named Julz Burgess head of its Corporate Trust Group. Burgess will provide planned direction for Regions Corporate Trust with an emphasis on business development, client service and retention. Burgess will also manage Regions Institutional Services’ Escrow business.

Burgess has more than 24 years of experience in the corporate trust area and joins Regions from Bank of New York (BNY) Mellon Trust Company where she most recently served as Managing Director of the U.S. Corporate Finance Client Service Administration team. She will report to John Parker, head of the Institutional Services Group within Regions Wealth Administration, replacing Kevin Kirby, who recently stepped down from Regions.

Regions’ practiced corporate trust professionals service $126 billion in outstanding debt on behalf of their clients and have gained more than 500 successor appointments.

Its Corporate Bank segment offers commercial banking services, such as commercial and industrial, commercial real estate, and investor real estate lending, in addition to equipment lease financing services.

Finally, Fifth Third Bancorp (NASDAQ:FITB), ended its last trade with 0.15% gain, and closed at $19.97.

A second Greater Cincinnati Fifth Third Bank branch is set to close as part of its plan to greatly reduce its number of physical locations, Hamilton Journal-News reports.

The branch at 19 N. Poplar St. in Oxford is the second Fifth Third (FITB) location that will close in the area. The bank formerly confirmed it will close its banking office at Tylersville Square in West Chester on Nov. 10.

Customers at both branches have received letters notifying them of the closure plans and directing them to nearby locations, according to bank officials.

The branches are being closed as part of Fifth Third’s plan to shut down 105 offices across its banking market by mid-2016. Fifth Third is evaluating its branch network based on factors such as customer usage and proximity to other Fifth Third branches.

Fifth Third is not providing companywide details on branch closings.
